Holographic storage to appear at end of 2006
InPhase is getting close to releasing a commercial version of their holographic storage system, “Tapestry.” The technology will offer up to 300GB on a single disc. They apparently will not be marketing this technology to the average joe, rather to larger businesses as a archival storage solution.
